Our latest model – IQOS 3 DUO – is our fastest charging holder to date. New IQOS 3 DUO provides you with two consecutive uses without the need to recharge between HEETS.
Brought to your door for free
No need to wonder ‘Where can I buy HEETS in Bristol?’ – they’re available in all IQOS Bristol stores, Sainsbury’s and other local stockists (see our online store locator). In case you can’t find HEETS in your area but live within a Bristol postcode, free delivery to your door is available M-F, 12-7pm. Call 0800 432 0000 to order.
Broken device? Get a free replacement delivered.
IQOS not working? Try a reset first – if still no luck, contact us on 0800 432 0000 for a replacement. We’ll get to you within two hours to check what’s wrong and replace your IQOS if needed. (Available for certain Bristol postcodes, Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 19:00, Sunday 12:00 – 16:00).

Bring in your IQOS for a free deep clean
By keeping your IQOS heat not burn device in great condition, you’ll continue to experience the tobacco-like flavour as it should be. Ask one of our IQOS Bristol experts to give it a thorough clean, though we always recommend that you clean your IQOS at home after every pack of HEETS. Remember to also ask for some free cleaning sticks while in store.
